Participating Universities

The Faculty of Law started operations in August 2014 at Bishop Stuart University Main campus. The faculty takes part and competes favorably in the moot court competitions

Makerere School of Law was established in 1968 in the then Faculty of Social Sciences of Makerere University. They will host the this year’s UW moot competition

The Islamic University in Uganda was opened in the year 1988 by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. The Kampala campus will represent at the UW moot

Nkumba University School of Law was established in the year 2005. It is fully accredited by the National Council of Higher Education (NCHE) in 2016 and the Law Council in 2007.

Bishop University is bla bla... located in. Bishop University will bly be represented bt the law school.

The Faculty of Law at Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) was established in 2019 with the vision to prepare graduates who will be leaders in the field of law. They wil represent at UW Moot

Pentecostal University started in 2001 mainly as a Law School, it has since expanded to cover several other disciplines. They will represent at this year’s UW Moot competition

In 2001 a Technical Task Force was appointed to set up Gulu University, temporary office was set up at MakerereUniverity. The office relocated to Gulu in early 2002. They will participate

Cavendish University Uganda was established in 2008 and has a large student population hailing from over 47 countries. The CUU law students will represent at the UW Moot

The Kampala International University Law School was accredited by the Ugandan Law Development Council in October, 2002. The law students will represent at the UW Moot

Victoria University was opened in August 2013 and is accredited by the National Council For Higher education. The VU School of law will represent at this year’s UW Moot
