Registration Guide
1 Download Registration and Consent Form
Locate and download the Registration and Consent Form from the website. Download the forms below.
2Complete the Forms
Fill in all the required details (in capital letters) in the Registration and Consent Form accurately.
3Authorization by Dean/Principal
Once filled, have the forms signed and stamped by the Dean/Principal of the School of Law from your university.
4Document Scanning
Scan the completed and endorsed forms in PDF format. Ensure the scanned documents are clear and legible.
5Submission and Completion of Registration
Submit the signed forms via email to info@unwantedwitness.org before 23:59 Hours on Friday, 25th April 2025 to complete your registration.
6Important Notes
- Enrolment into the Unwanted Witness Privacy Moot Court Competition 2025 is free of charge.
- Each team must submit details of two students and a coach (name, degree program & year).
- Incomplete or illegible forms may lead to disqualification.
- Both oral and written submissions shall be in English only.
- Late submissions will not be considered.
- Contact the Moot Secretariat for any clarification or assistance via the provided email address.
- The Secretariat will only communicate with the registered contact person of the team.
